Mike has been the preaching minister at South Haven for over 20 years. He was born and raised in the Daytona area. He graduated from Mainland High School many years ago. He also graduated from Florida Christian College (now Johnson University Florida) in Kissimmee. Mike met his wife, Sarah, while both were attending college at FCC. He completed his Seminary Graduate Studies in Cincinnati, OH. He and Sarah are parents to three wonderful adult children, Julia (Aaron Gossage), Amos and Lydia. They also have two grandchildren, Chloe and Tekoa.

Mike is very involved in many other ministries at South Haven. He is a member of the Band of Brothers (B.O.B); the Prayer Ministry; Christians in Action (C.I.A.); and Missions.  He has started the Soul Faith Promise program in many Dominican churches in the Dominican Republic as well as here at South Haven. He makes several trips down to our Missionaries in the Dominican Republic. His favorite hobby is fishing.
